The ICAN CAREER CLINIC is a program that helps individuals gather information about themselves in order to make critical career decisions. The program actively involves participants in each of the three components of career development: self-assessment, occupational exploration, and goal achievement.

By evaluating occupational interests, personality traits and work-related values, participants benefit  from  a comprehensive appraisal  of  their orientation  to the working

world. This method of self-assessment allows participants to understand the relationships between these factors and how to use them to make satisfying vocational choices.
